Special attention is given to the subjects of teaching methodology, and adjustment & alignment. A in-depth workshop and level 1 initiation on Reiki, modules on Ayurveda and Kundalini, along with sound healing and Vedic astrology workshops, were also added to this 200h Yoga teacher training course curriculum, to give the students a well rounded approach to yoga and other healing systems.

Mimamsa Yogshala 200 hours yoga teacher training programs are designed according to the standards and certified by Yoga Alliance Usa, and grant access to a 200 RYT (Yoga Alliance 200 hours registered yoga teacher) badge.

In this 14 days course, you'll learn the fundamentals of Yoga practice and Philosophy, of anatomy and physiology, and how you can share your passion on Yoga with others. By the end you'll receive a 100 hour completion diploma and will be halfway to completing 200 hour certification and be ready to teach.

When you complete the course, you'll get a certificate. But, this 100 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification won't count towards the 200 hours needed for a full Yoga Alliance teacher certification. To become a Yoga Alliance-certified teacher, you must complete at least 200 hours teacher training Course.

If your goal is to get that certification so you can teach yoga under Yoga Alliance, we suggest checking out our in-depth TTC programs. Who is the 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training course for?

This course is perfect for beginners who want to establish a solid foundation in Yoga, or for those with limited time who wish to complete half of the full 200-hour curriculum now and the rest later.

Yes, upon completion, you receive a diploma from Mimamsa Yogshala. While 200 hours is the standard for RYT registration with Yoga Alliance, this course covers exactly half of that curriculum and is recognized as a significant step in your yogic journey.

Absolutely! This course is designed as the first half of our 200-hour program. You can return later to complete the remaining 100 hours and earn your full RYT 200 certification.

The fee covers 14 days of accommodation, three organic Sattvic meals per day, the full training program, excursions (Himalayas tour, Ganges banks yoga), and a complete Yoga kit.

During the opening ceremony, you will be provided with a kit including a yoga mat, school manual, notebook and pen, neti pot with rubber neti, and a Yoga t-shirt.
