500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Daily Schedule — Your 8-Week Journey

Our 500 hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh is a complete 8-week immersion: weeks 1-4 follow the 200-hour foundation curriculum, and weeks 5-8 step up to the advanced 300-hour rhythm — an earlier 5:15 AM wake-up, morning Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yoga Therapy, Aerial Yoga, and both Reiki Level 1 and Level 2. A 500-hour YTTC is a comprehensive program that combines the foundational 200-hour and advanced 300-hour training into one intensive 60-day course. It provides a deep dive into Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Philosophy, Anatomy, and more.

Yes, Mimamsa Yogshala is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance. Upon successful completion, you will receive a 500-hour certificate, allowing you to register as an RYT 500.

There are no strict prerequisites as this course includes the foundational 200-hour training. However, a passion for yoga and a basic understanding of physical practice are recommended.

The course duration is 60 days (approx. 2 months), including both the 200-hour and 300-hour curriculums.

We are located at New Krishna Cottage, Vinyasa Marg, Jonk Village, Swargashram, Ramjhula, Rishikesh. This is one of the most serene and spiritually vibrant areas of the city.
