God is described in yoga philosophy as a special power that is unaffected by tribulation karma, result, ideal culture, and so on. While performing certain asanas you might feel stress on your muscles. Don't worry if you feel this way because it is normal. Wear and tear on joints and muscles while getting into the practice of yoga is not big. No matter whether you're a beginner or experienced you can experience some sudden or sharp pain in a particular pose. This can sometimes lead to injuries. Don't get scared! To avoid the risk of injuries and pain alignment classes are practiced.

So exactly what is an alignment class? In an alignment class, you will learn the precise and ideal way to perform any given pose so that you can get maximum benefits from it and minimize the risk of injury. The Ashram offers three vegetarian and vegan meals a day. A variety of Yogic delicacies are on the menu of this 300 Hour yoga teacher training course. Rice, lentils, beans, chickpeas, vegetables and flatbreads are staples. Salad is always available too, along with dessert. All our food is satvik, cooked with love and care, in an hygienic manner, and with fresh produce from the local market.

We consider yoga to be more than just a form of exercise for our body and mind. It’s a complete framework for a joyful and healthy Life. Ayurveda, also systematized by sage Patanjali, who wrote the Yoga Sutras, is Yoga’s sister science, and the combination of both ensures a long life free of suffering.

The food we consume isn't just to maintain our physical health but also to maintain good mental and spiritual well-being. Food, in the Yogic system, is classified differently than by modern science. Instead of dividing and categorizing food into carbohydrates, proteins, etc, Yoga and Ayurveda classify foods as Satvic, Rajasic and Tamasic.

Tamasic foods make us feel lazy. Rajasic food can make you active and cause tension, whereas sattvic foods make you feel energized, enthusiastic yet light.

300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh

This place was incredible. I was looking for the best location for my training, and I had a strong urge to explore. I rode my scooter everywhere until I discovered Mimamsa Yogshala hidden in nature. It felt like the place chose me, and I'm thankful for following my heart. The atmosphere is wonderful, far from the chaos of Rishikesh. You genuinely connect with nature and experience the best group and vibe possible. They have strict rules because they're committed to your learning. All the teachers possess remarkable insights about life and deep wisdom. Mimamsa doesn't focus on social media but prioritizes the actual experience. Only those who aren't distracted by that will truly appreciate it. This month feels like attending a magical school, where you learn about life and spirituality beyond just yoga poses. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; you won't regret it. They've become my family, and I'm forever grateful for their unwavering dedication to excellence. Please give it a try! Hari Om, Manoj.
