About Bhakti Yoga

Bhakti yoga also called Bhakti marga , is a spiritual path or spiritual practice within Hinduism focused on loving devotion towards a personal god. We begin the class with warm-up exercises then sun salutation or Surya Namaskar in all the 12 poses in sequence, and then the practice of asanas. Final Exams
