Meditation is the silent practice, a practice to overcome all the inner worries or stress. It is certainly the best way to achieve the divine state of MOKSHA.
What actually a meditation is? When you sit silently by not even thinking about yourself; when you are far away from all negativity. when you are connected to the true you, when you don't know what is bothering you or what is pleasing you, when your mind is still; this state or condition is Meditation.
It is not easy to achieve the true state of Meditation. One should give up all the negativity from his/her mind to achieve this divinity. The successful practice of it lets you keep calmer.
